	Blacksmith	Amulet Black	Amulet has the abilities to mesh together organic and inorgantic material and her body is made of both flesh and metal.
	Black Manta	Unknown	The most famous of the Aquaman villains, Black Manta murdered the King's child and travels the seas as a thief and mercenary.
	The Brain	Unknown	The Brain is a super intelligent being who partners with Monsieur Mallah (who he is also romantically linked with).
	Cheetah	Barbara Minerva	Barbara has a vendetta against Diana Prince which has raged on for years. She mostly always remains in her animal form.
	Circe	Circe	The sorceress has a long standing grudge against the Amazons. This, coupled with her hatred for men, make her a dangerous foe.
	Clayface	Johnny Williams	As one of the many Clayfaces, Johnny teamed up with Hush to disguise himself as an adult Jason Todd to harm Batman psychologically.
	Clock King	Unknown	Once a small time villain, Clock King has since gained the ability to see into the immediate future. He uses his charisma to lure people into his evil schemes.
	Doctor Polaris	Neal Emerson	This master of magnetism was once trying to help people but his horrible childhood ultimately led to his turn to villainy.
	Double Down	Jeremy Tell	Jeremy lost a card game and killed the winner, but that man's mystical deck of cards ended sinking into Jeremy's skin, letting him peal off his own face.
	Effigy	Martin van Wyck	Effigy can manipulate, create, and control fire in a variety of ways and is often seen battling Green Lanterns.
	Felix Faust	Unknown	Felix is said to be one of the leading sorcerers but his stroke of bad luck often leads him to selling his soul over and over again to get out of trouble.

	Girder	Anthony Woodward	After falling into a vat of molten steel at Star Labs, Anthony's body was mutated, turning him into a metal man that went on to be a criminal.
	Gorilla Grodd	Grodd	Once a citizen of Gorilla City, Grodd left his home to pursue greater evil deeds in which he hopes to gain power. This ruthless genius is considered one of the elite minds in DCU.
	Holocaust	Leonard Smalls	Centered in Dakota City, Holocaust is now the leading crime lord in the same town that Static is known to protect.
	Hyena	Summer Day	As the sister of the first Firestorm's girlfriend, Summer was bitten by a were-Hyena in Africa and returned to the States to find herself now part animal.
	Icicle	Cameron Mahkent	Inheriting the abilities that his father created the original Icicle created, Cameron was born with ice related powers, though he blames the JSA for his condition.
	Inertia	Thaddeus Thawne	Thaddeus is a clone of Bart Allen (Impluse/Kid Flash) from the 30th Century, sent back to replace Bart because Thad is considered a far better version of KF.

	Maxwell Lord	Maxwell Lord	Former liaison to the JLI. By using Batman's Brother Eye satellite he sought to rid the world of metahumans until his death at Wonder Woman's hands. Revived post Blackest Night.
	Metallo	John Corben	After being in a terrible auto accident that nearly ended his life, John was found by Emmett Vale who fixed his body with cybernetic parts and kryptonite for a heart.
	Monsieur Mallah	Mallah	Mallah is a super-intelligent intellectual gorilla with a machine gun, that is most often seen carrying around his creator the Brain with the brotherhood of Evil.
